Product Manager

This position requires an active and self-motivated person with biotechnology background, excellent communication skills, basic business knowledge and marketing skills. This position needs to deal with front-line customers, be able to solve customer needs and provide professional and technical support to customers.

• Actively establish a lasting relationship with customer organizations, determine the product market matching degree between identified customers, provide creative consulting technical solutions, and actively follow up to ensure that all requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Manage a range of new business partnerships using the customer relationship management platform.
• Be good at exploring and creatively discovering new sales opportunities - actively manage customer channels and regularly communicate progress with the chief business officer.
• Responsible for the implementation of various projects according to the marketing plan, including project implementation plan, activity coordination, personnel and material arrangement, etc.
• Participate in new project planning and put forward planning ideas and plans according to market strategy.
• Coordinate relevant departments and do a good job in cross departmental communication and coordination.
