Cell Culture

Cell culture is the growth cells in an artificial controlled environment. Cells are removed and decomposed directly from organisms before culture, or cells are removed from previously established cell lines or cell lines. Although the application of cell biology is diverse, the relevant operation steps are nothing more than cell preparation, cell inoculation, cell culture, cell operation, analysis and detection and cell storage. Cell Culture Initiation and Passage

Once the cells begin to proliferate, they are divided into new culture containers before the current container becomes full. In general, it is recommended that cells be subcultured when the area occupied by cells reaches about 70% to 80% of containers.

Culture containers such as

can be used for adherent culture, suspension cell culture or suspension drop cell culture.

Culture Media

Culture media are an important part of cell culture because they provide necessary nutrients, growth factors and hormones. We provide Media Bottle products for culture media preparation.

Cell Observation and Imaging

Inoculate the cells into a new culture container, check to ensure that there are no foreign bodies except cells in the culture container, and determine whether the culture is normal by checking the cell morphology and conditions. Dishes and Cell Imaging Consumables are available for customers.

Cell Detachment

Cell detachment represents the termination of these interactions by physical, chemical, electrical, optical or other means. When there is an attraction between the cell surface and the substrate of interest, the cell will adhere to the surface.

Cell Filtration and Centrifuge Tubes and Bottles can satisfy the requirement.

Cell Storage (Cryopreservation)

Cryopreservation is the process of reducing the temperature of cells to maintain their structural and functional integrity. The goal of the optimal cryopreservation strategy is to reduce the temperature below. Successful cryopreservation will ensure that cells reach the glass transition temperature, prevent molecular transport, and maintain a "suspended animation" state without affecting the number and quality of cells.
