Job Summary
In the evolving global communications and brand team, this exciting new role will work with STEMart portfolio and business leaders, members of STEMart global communications team and external agency partners around the world to oversee integrated marketing communications activities, content and programs. This role will also be responsible for regularly measuring and reporting plan results to drive optimization and visibility.
Position Responsibilities

Use the strategic perspective of communication strategy to develop and implement marketing communication plan and content, and use all available and appropriate media, including social, digital, mobile, search and e-mail activities. Ensure that the plan is consistent globally but appropriate to the region and implemented within the allocated budget.

Based on the understanding of workflow, target customers and product positioning, promote customer-centered strategic narrative by developing rich SEO content for marketing activities.

Apply the knowledge of customers and products (and their portfolio) to leverage the full assets / capabilities of STEMart to effectively position the brand to achieve measurable results. Integrate the enterprise story into all plans.

Maintain an understanding of the target customer base and the value proposition of the most strategic workflow / products / services in the Department.

Formulate and be responsible for the implementation of global marketing content and promotion plan, including sales materials, technical articles, own publications, network content and media coverage.

Support the communication of activities and related plans with business team and major suppliers.
Education and Technical Skill Requirements

PhD in biological sciences and other related fields.

The experience of life science or advanced technology enterprise / product cooperation is a bonus item.

The position requires strategic communication perspective, business orientation, understanding of relevant company functions or scientific fields, and attention to performance.

Through interaction with various internal and external business partners (including the company's senior leadership across functions and regions), he has a strong ability to establish productive relationships and lead the formulation of marketing communication strategies.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
